1. The service
Dhruva Cloud provides web hosting: storage for your website files, MySQL databases (on plans that include them), a File Manager, phpMyAdmin, subdomains, logs, a web terminal, and routing of your own domain through Cloudflare with SSL. It also offers an AI website builder and Palians Quantum, an AI coding agent. What each plan includes — storage, number of websites, databases, RAM and vCPU — is listed on the pricing page.
We do not sell or register domain names and we do not host email. You buy your domain from a registrar of your choice and keep full control of it.
2. Your account
- Give us a real name, a working email address and a WhatsApp number we can reach you on.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
3. Plans, prices and billing
- Plans are prepaid, monthly or yearly. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. A GST invoice is raised for every payment and sent to you on request.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- Nothing renews automatically. We never charge you without you making the payment yourself. Before your plan ends we remind you by email and WhatsApp; you renew from your dashboard.
- The Lite plan starts with a free trial (shown on the pricing page). No payment is taken during the trial.
- We may change prices for future periods. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we tell you before it applies to you.
4. When a plan expires
If a plan is not renewed by its end date, the websites on the account are suspended and show a “suspended” page. Your files and databases are kept, and everything comes back as soon as you renew. We keep the data of an expired account for at least 30 days after expiry; after that we may delete it to free the space. Download a backup from your dashboard if you do not plan to renew.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Dhruva Cloud to host, send or link to:
- anything illegal in India, including content that infringes copyright or trademarks;
- phishing pages, malware, or sites that impersonate another business or person;
- spam, or scripts that send bulk email or messages;
- sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or hatred;
- cryptocurrency mining, attacks on other systems, or anything that deliberately overloads our servers.
If we find such use we may suspend the affected site immediately, and we may close the account. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
6. Your content and backups
Your website, files and databases belong to you. We only access them to run the service, to help when you ask for support, or when the law requires it. You can download your whole site and each database at any time from the dashboard. We work to keep your data safe, but keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
7. AI website builder and Palians Quantum
- The AI builder writes and changes pages of your website from your instructions. Review what it produces before relying on it — AI output can be wrong.
- Each change can be undone from the dashboard. The Standard quality is free within a monthly limit; Pro, Max and Palians Quantum are charged per use from your prepaid Quantum credit, at the rate shown before you run them.
- To do this your instructions and the relevant files of your site are sent to the AI providers listed in our privacy policy.
8. Availability
We aim to keep every site online around the clock, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network problems and events outside our control can cause downtime. We do not offer a financial uptime guarantee unless one is agreed with you in writing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, The Palians is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profits, sales or data — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Ending the service
You can stop at any time simply by not renewing; see the cancellation and refund policy for refunds. We may end the service for an account that breaks these terms, as described in section 5.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a significant change we will notify you by email or WhatsApp before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first — most problems are solved with a message.
