Cancelling
There is nothing to switch off: if you do not want to continue, just do not renew. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. After that your sites are suspended and your files are kept for at least 30 days in case you change your mind (see the terms). If you want your account and data deleted straight away, message us and we will do it.
The Lite plan’s free trial needs no cancelling either — no payment is taken during the trial.
When you get a refund
- First payment, within 7 days. If you are not happy with Dhruva Cloud, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we refund it in full.
- Duplicate or failed payments. If you were charged twice for the same thing, or money was deducted but your plan or credit was not activated, we refund the extra or failed amount in full.
- Service we could not provide. If Dhruva Cloud was unable to host your site because of a fault on our side that we could not fix, we refund the unused part of your plan.
- Quantum credit. Unused credit from a top-up can be refunded if you ask within 7 days of the top-up. Credit already used on AI work is not refundable, because the AI providers charge us for it.
When we do not refund
- renewals, after the first 7 days of your first payment;
- the remaining part of a month or year you have already started, if you simply stop using the service;
- accounts suspended or closed for breaking the acceptable use rules in our terms;
- domain names, which you buy from your own registrar, not from us.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 73791 62377 or email [email protected] from the number or email on your account, with the payment date and amount. We reply within 2 working days.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method — card, UPI, net banking or wallet — through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. A refunded payment’s GST invoice is cancelled with a credit note.
