Hosting plans
A plan is activated in your dashboard immediately after the payment succeeds — usually within a few seconds, and your new expiry date shows in the dashboard. Razorpay emails you a payment receipt, and we send the GST invoice on request.
Your website going live
The hosting side is ready as soon as you add your site and upload files. For visitors to reach it on your own domain, you point the domain’s nameservers at Cloudflare at your registrar; that change usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours to spread across the internet (DNS propagation), which is outside our control. The dashboard shows when your domain is connected.
Quantum credit
A top-up is added to your Quantum credit balance immediately after the payment succeeds.
If something has not arrived
If money was deducted but your plan or credit does not show within 30 minutes, message us on WhatsApp at +91 73791 62377 or email [email protected] with the payment reference. We will activate it or refund it under our refund policy.
